Timing Services

Eternal Timing set-up, operate and clean up each timing location for your event.

Registration Support

Eternal Timing will cooperated with your Registration Coordinator to support or host your registration database for event success. Eternal Timing can provide on-line registration for your event at no charge to the event. This allows Eternal Timing to access and process data to ensure data is comprehensive. If another registration service is contracted, we can coordinate exchange of information prior to the event.

Tag Assignment & Distribution

Eternal Timing will assign timing tags to participants and distribute them during on-site registration and packet pick-up.

Live Race Results

Eternal Timing can provide race results in "real time" as each timing location is passed by each athlete.

SMS Text Messaging

Eternal Timing can host Text Message services for your event, which can be used for a variety of applications: staff announcements, spectator updates, expo patron advertising, and emergency contact communications.

On-Site Results

Eternal Timing can provide printed or digital means of results look-up. Also, Eternal Timing will provide on-line results for Awards Ceremonies and Officials at the conclusion of the event.

On-Line Results Hosting

Eternal Timing will create and host on-line results with a web page containing different optional features such as: a leader board, split breakdown, division placements, course maps, and advertising/event branding.

Post Event Results Support

Eternal Timing will manage questions and issues directly for a standard period of time after your event. (standard set by governing body)

Official Results Submission

Eternal Timing will submit the results of your event to the appropriate official organization after the established time.

Announcer Support

Eternal Timing can use timing equipment to display athlete information as each participant passes certain locations, which will offer announcers live information to talk about.
